Pine pollen powder has been used in Chinese and Korean traditional medicine for over 2000 years. Pine pollen contains vitamins A, B-Carotene, B1, B2, B3, B6, D, E and folic acid as well as many minerals. With a slightly sweet taste, pine pollen is great for immune health.

  • 1 teaspoon of Pine Pollen powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Turmeric powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • a glass of warm water
  • 1/3 of a lemon
  • ginger
  • honey as much as you want
