HOW TO USE OUR POWDERS

• Shake or whisk into water, milk, juice
• Blend into smoothies or bowls
• Stir into oats, salad dressings or yogurts
• Add into your favorite baking recipes

Try our Hormone Balancing Ashwagandha Latte

         

Ingredients:

  • 250ml of vegetable milk 
  • 1 teaspoon ashwagandha powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • a good pinch of cardamom
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  •  

      Instructions:

    • Heat the milk gently in a saucepan. I do that in a milk frother.
    • Add the spices and stir well.
    • With a hand milk frother slightly foam the top layer.
    • Best drink one hour before going to bed.
