Shipping & Returns

Our priority is to make our customers feel good and trust us. We will do everything we can to help ensure that you are satisfied with your order. That said, if you have any questions, please contact us at help@thematchareserve.com

We stand behind our products. If you're not 100% happy with our products we'll reimburse or exchange, no questions asked.


Shipping & Delivery
We're based in NYC but we ship worldwide !
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Most of the time we will ship your order within 1 business day but please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship. We ship Monday through Friday with no interruption, excluding weekends and holidays.
You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 1 business day for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping carrier.
For the cheapest shipping option (USPS), shipping time within the US is usually between 3 to 5 business days. Shipping time outside of the United states is usually between 7 to 20 business days depending on the countries.
Shipping fee will depend on your cart and location. You will have a shipping price at checkout.

Returns for refund or store credit

Please note that returns are only accepted within 30 days of purchase. Additionally, as our products are consumable goods, we can only accept returns for products that are completely unused,unopened and in their original packaging. We will of course also accept returns if the product is defective. We do our best to ensure quality and accuracy. However, if for any reason, your product is defective (unfit for safe consumption) upon arrival or incorrect compared to your order receipt, please contact us at help@thematchareserve.com

Once we confirm the proof of purchase, if you live inside the United States we will email you a free USPS return label for the outside of your box and a return slip to fill for the inside. Returns from outside the U.S. are not currently offered a free pre-made return label. Shipping costs of returns from outside the U.S. are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the return slip and inspect the product, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return and advise whether it has been approved or denied. If the return is approved, we will then either fully refund your credit card for the purchase (including shipping), or offer you a store credit, whichever preference you note on the return slip. 

Please be sure to completely fill out your return slip. If the return slip is not included or not complete, we will assume you would like a refund, as opposed to a store credit.
