Matcha Energizing Smoothie Bowl

In a big bowl mix :

- 1 1/2 frozen banana

- big handful of spinach

- vanilla coconut collagen

- 2 tsps of @thematchareserve Matcha

- 1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

- topped with coconut butter & blueberries

Minty Matcha Smoothie

Get out your blender and toss in the following:

- 1/2 frozen banana

- small handful steamed then frozen cauli

- handful spinach, 3-4 fresh mint sprigs

- 1 tb @thematchareserve ceremonial grade matcha

- 1 scoop collagen peptides

- 1 tsp mct oil

- 1 1/2 cups vanilla almond milk

Recipe :

- Mix rolled oats with cashewgurt, matcha from @thematchareserve, maca powder, and cinnamon and let it sit overnight

- Top them with fresh berries, cacao nibs, and some buckwheat granola in the AM!
